Filter: The filter of the diesel generator set is a special pre-filtration device for diesel used in internal combustion engines. It can filter out more than 90% of mechanical impurities, colloids, asphaltene, etc. in the diesel, ensuring the cleanliness of the diesel to the greatest extent. Improve engine service life. Dirty diesel will cause abnormal wear of the engine's fuel injection system and cylinder, causing the engine's power to drop, fuel consumption to increase rapidly, and the service life of the generator to be greatly reduced. The use of diesel filters can greatly improve the filtration accuracy and efficiency of engines using felt diesel filters, extend the life of imported high-quality diesel filters several times, and have obvious fuel-saving effects. How to install a diesel filter: The diesel filter is extremely easy to install. When using it, you only need to connect it in series to the oil supply pipeline according to the reserved oil inlet and outlet interface. Pay attention to connect in the direction shown by the arrow, and do not connect the oil in and out in the opposite direction. When using and replacing the filter element for the first time, fill the diesel filter with diesel and pay attention to exhaust. The exhaust valve is on the end cover of the barrel.

How to replace the filter element: Under normal use, if the pressure difference alarm of the pre-filtration device alarms or the cumulative use exceeds 300 hours, the filter element should be replaced. The double-barrel parallel pre-filtration device does not need to stop when replacing the filter element.
How to replace the filter element: 1. Replacement of the filter element of the single-barrel pre-filter device: a. Close the oil inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover. (The aluminum alloy upper end cover needs to be gently pried open from the side gap with a flat-blade screwdriver); b. Unscrew the plug of the sewage outlet and drain the dirty oil; c. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element. The operator should wear oil proof Hold the filter element tightly with gloves and remove the old filter element vertically; d. Replace the new filter element, seal the upper end sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), and tighten the nut; f. Tighten the drain plug, and cover the upper end cover ( Pay attention to the sealing ring) and tighten the fastening bolts. 2. Replacement of the filter element of the double-barrel parallel pre-filter device: a. First close the oil inlet valve of the filter on the side of the filter element that needs to be replaced. After a few minutes, close the oil outlet valve, then unscrew the end cover bolts and open the end cover; b. Open the sewage discharge valve. valve to completely drain the dirty oil to prevent the dirty oil from entering the clean oil chamber when replacing the filter element; c. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, the operator wears oil-proof gloves to hold the filter element tightly, and remove the old filter element vertically; c. Replace the new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), and tighten the nut; d. Close the drain valve, cover the upper end cover (pay attention to the sealing ring), and tighten the fastening bolts. E. Open the oil inlet valve first, then open the exhaust valve, close the exhaust valve immediately when oil comes out of the exhaust valve, and then open the oil outlet valve; then operate the filter on the other side in the same way.

The oil filter element is the oil filter. The function of the oil filter is to filter out impurities, colloids and moisture in the oil and deliver clean oil to various lubricated parts.

In order to reduce the frictional resistance between relatively moving parts in the engine and reduce the wear of the parts, engine oil is continuously transported to the friction surface of each moving part to form a lubricating oil film for lubrication. Engine oil itself contains a certain amount of colloids, impurities, moisture and additives. At the same time, during the operation of the engine, the introduction of metal wear debris, the entry of debris in the air, and the generation of oil oxides gradually increase the debris in the engine oil. If the oil is not filtered and enters the lubricating oil circuit directly, the impurities contained in the oil will be brought to the friction surface of the moving pair, accelerating the wear of parts and reducing the service life of the engine.
